Our services range from brochure mailing, receipt and processing of orders, banking on organisations behalf, despatch of individual and bulk orders, full weekly campaign reporting and product storage.

 

We can store all your mailing elements to send to supporters or work with you on specific campaigns, mailing all the attributes as your supporters sign up. For example, if you've got a running event... in addition to supplying the running vests, your supporters sign up through your website, the responses come to us and we pick, pack and despatch on your behalf... giving you time to do what you do best!

Case Study 1:

Each week, with data received directly from the charity and supporting agencies; we process new, cancelled and upgraded direct debit data, printing and mailing personalised letters and associated literature. All the assets of the campaign (Envelopes, BRE's, Letters. Forms, Badges and Leaflets)are produced and stored by Dash

Case Study 2:

Using data and files supplied directly from the charity, we produce a quarterly newsletter, compile it with inserts and mail direct to supporters using a variety of cost saving mail services. Newsletters can be packed in envelopes, or biodegradable poly wraps. Dash can sort and clean the data ahead of mailing to reduce waste

Case Study 3:

We are able to supply and store all assets for mass supporter events, including T Shirts and Running Vests. Data is transferred from the charities response mechanism for our team to despatch with personalised stationery and references. Events can be 'one off' or assets can be stored and despatched for ongoing campaigns. Despatches are within 1 working day of receipt.
